I've found an interesting prospect, but I'm a little concerned. It's an old Riva 125, in pieces. Sounds like the owner was in the process of rebuilding it and gave up halfway through, and is willing to part with it cheap. HOWEVER, he has a bill of sale, but no title. Even after all the vehicles I've had registered, I still don't understand/remember the process. Does anyone know how to go about getting a title for this thing if I decided to fix it up? I REALLY don't wanna sink time, sweat, and money into a project like this just to find it's impossible to ride.
