NBR: So close, but so far

Post by neotrotsky »

Well, I was in line to go pick up my "new" project of a Vespa smallframe tomorrow, but sadly my main private gig console went out on me. Repairs rated in the realm of about $450, which is about 75% of what I paid for it new. Needless to say, with the decision between work or new scooter project for Amerivespa, I had to choose....

So no vintage Vespa for me, but a new (to me) console that isn't so thrilling. But, I still have the Agility 125 and Amerivespa is still on the charts. Already got my ticket reserved and waiting on the tax return to book the hotel room. Hopefully the start of next season will see a Stella or even another vintage Vespa keeping my scoot company but not this year
"Earth" without Art is just "Eh"...

audio equipment is really pricey, and you make your living that way, so....

Hope we get to see you at Amerivespa then!

I share your frustrations. Life is tough on a limited budget. Still, your way of making a living comes first so what else could you do?

Hope things get better for you.

I have yet to get my ticket for the rally. I don't know if it would be worth it for me cos I can't stay for the full event. Do they have day passes?
