Hey all,
I'm either blind, dumb or some other combination... but for the life of my I can' find info about the type of bulb that is used to light up the license plate. Mine is dead, and needs to be replaced.
Thanks in advance and apologies if was right in front of me.

I know yours is a Buddy, but just checked my RH and maybe this pic will help. All my manual says is that its a 12v 21/5w which are listed on Monster Scooter http://www.monsterscooterparts.com/12-v ... -1990.html. The bottom of the taillight lens should be transparent clear allowing the running light to shine down on the license plate.
I think the bulbs used are standard for all models. Please someone correct me if I am wrong.
Also found this on wiki for bulbs in general http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_au ... bulb_types

There's a separate license plate bulb on the Buddy, as the tail/brake light has been red LEDs since '07 or so. I've seen it when installing my bake modulator, but don't know the size/type offhand. It's for sure incandescent.
You could follow Michelle's illustrated instructions in the tech section to take the tail apart, if the bulb doesn't unscrew or pull out as-is.
