looking for opinions
I am looking to buy my first scoot. Looking used as budget is 1500-2000. Used choices in my area of WI seem to be 2010 Honda Elite ($2300), 2007 Yamaha Vino 125 ($1900), 2008 Buddy 125 ($1900 but no response from seller) or a Chinese 150cc new scoot (Propel) WITH dealer support ($1400).
My commute is 12 miles one way and would be most of it are on flatish roads (speed limits 35 & 45 mph). Looking for fun to drive, enough storage to run errands, and enough speed to keep up with traffic. Budget is a concern.
Opinions?

What Drum Pro said, just steer well clear of that china scoot. The following reviews are randomly selected from different sources but should give you a general idea of peoples thoughts.

I would go with the buddy, I have had several scooters, cheap Chinese, 125cc Zuma, and 2 buddy 125cc. Most all of them have about the same storage. The buddy scooters have the most power and seem to be the most reliable of what I have had. The Chinese had issues with starting the Zuma had to have the fuel pump replaced and was slower then the buddy's.
