Good surfboard rack with Givi case on the back

Post by organicchef »

Hello everyone, how are you?

I need a surfboard rack for my 125 red buddy. But I got a Givi case on the rear rack.

I heard carver is a good brand but I don't think It will work with the Givi case on the back.

Any ideas?

This is a different rack sold at Rt. 66 Modern.

It mounts over the rear rack. You should give them a call and ask.

I have seen some run a top case with them, but the Givis use a different mounting plate. You might have to drill through the surfboard rack mount.

Yes carver are the best racks but I dont think it work with a top case
I think the mounting bolts are too big. Maybe if you rigged a spacer.
I dont have a topcase so Im not sure how they mount on the rear rack

I was checking out my carver surf rack, and its just a big flat platform
with only two nuts on top.I dont see that it would be a big problem
making somthing to mount a topcase to it.
