NBR - Old Dog vs Young Dog

Post by TomCat »

Found this on another scooter site, thought it was worth passing along.
Old biker on Harley vs young whippersnapper on crotch rocket.
The Honda would have caught up & passed the Rat eventually, but it's great to see "hole shot smackdown".

I wonder if Hildo ever got it out of first? Tall gears and grunt win the day!

Out of the two, the rat bike rider had more experience, therfore he won. The street bike would've eventually flew by him given the length of track.

That, dear friends, is TORQUE.....

Just like a big ole V-8.....its all in the basement (low end)

I've seen this result many times......and yes, once the 4 banger has some RPM it'll catch/pass the V.......But, in the stoplight GP, torque is king.

Fun to watch,

Rob
