blur 220i fast?

i have read reviews and some say it is fast .
guy on u tube say it is way too slow
some say parts are hard to find?
so if you can help me answer any of the questions respond back

i have a sportcity 2008 250ie and i thick it is pretty fast is the blur faster?

I haven't been able to spend much time with one, but I've ridden a few times and they are a good mid range between a scooter and a motorcycle.

You have to define 'fast' by your expectations. it isn't a sportbike, but it's got more oomph than the buddy.
