NBR: Kymco Grandvista opinions please?
I am looking for a larger scooter for touring but being 5'1 height and weight of the scooter are major considerations Grandvistas were replaced by Kymco after 2011 by another model so parts availability is another question. If anyone here has experiebce with this bike please give feedback

It really comes down to how long your legs are.
That being said, I'm 5'3". I've sat on a Grand Vista before. It seemed fairly tall to me. But that's one of the few bikes out there with a rediculously nice seat that's got a good amount of padding to work with. You could probably get the seat cut down a bit and be alright. I don't recall the floorboard being too wide for my liking. I do recall having an urge to want to steal it once I'd sat on it (it had an accessory Kymco seat that I dare say was more comfortable than a Honda Helix).
Kymco, for the most part, is usually excellent about parts availability.

It's a shame that Kymco isn't bringing the new-gen GrandVista over. New look and a 300cc engine (270.6cc for accuracy); I'd consider one for the few times where I felt like I was riding the Yager at it's limits (interstate travel over 70mph).
At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...
