Is this a a good deal on a 2006 Buddy 50?

Here is the add. Pictures make it hard to see the scooter full view. What do you all think?

2006 Genuine Buddy Scooter. It runs like a dream. Just under 3000 miles on it. 49cc engine, so you do not need to have a motor cycle license to drive it. Just installed a new battery today with a 1 year warranty. Top speed 45 mph. Clean title, will transfer upon cash sale.

If you can snug it for 1000 or less it is a good deal.
