Is this oil good for my Buddy 50? I have been reading that I need 15w40 but the weight is not on the label. The dealer gave it to me.

You don't have to worry about whatever weight anything, your 50cc is a 2 stroke which is why your dealer directed you to 2 stroke oil. That oil goes in the gas, you either have a oil reservoir (auto injector) or pre-mix but in either case that's the type of oil you want.
Since I am not that familiar with the Buddy, maybe TVB, or one of the other Buddy 50cc riders can help you find said reservoir.

Why does this confuse me so? I used to own a 125 so maybe that is my issue.

So, no oil changes on the Buddy 50, just the gear oil.

I would still like to know where I can buy some good oil online...
