Picture of Naked Buddy?
Does anyone have a picture or site where I can see pictures of a Buddy without the plastics? I'd like to see how one would look as a "Skelly"?

Scoots that are designed to have body panels usually don't look that great naked. You have little electric boxes and such scattered all over. Those Ruckus scoots and clones place their components on the frame a little different than full body scooters.
In some states, the scoot is no longer street legal with body panels removed. Unfortunately, I have no specifics on which states where that applies.
I saw a post on another site where a member took a naked scoot (Ruckus clone) and added the front body fairing from a China scoot. It looked very custom and similar to a pro stock motorcycle drag racer.
