Interesting lack of safety equipment in most of these cases. It seems that there is no cure for stupid.

The worst part of the whole thing is that every time he runs into another vehicle, he tries to 'flee' the scene of the accident, only to run into someone else. Like my mother used to say "stupidity abounds".
