I will be bringing it home soon! Not sure yet if I will RIDE it home (long way, cold weather may prohibit) or have it delivered to my home by a local motorcycle delivery service. Probably the latter.
I bought the low profile seat from a local MB member as the current owner swapped out to the regular Buddy seat. I am short, so I think the low profile will be better for me, but I will keep the other seat just in case.
Today I ordered a black Cortech tail bag to use on the Psycho. I will probably add a rear rack later. We'll see. I am not too fond of top cases, preferring a basket over one, so I may add the rack later for that purpose.
I see matching Cortech saddle bags in my future too. I am watching out for a bargain on the older model as they have revamped the line. I am planning to do some long trips on this baby!
Yesterday quite a few motorcycles were out riding in the sunshine, so I am hopeful to get a few rides in before spring if the snow and ice holds off.
Just excited beyond belief and wanted to share!
I get my Psycho in 2 more weeks!

Nice! Your excitement makes other happy too! I hope you can get a few rides in. Here in the northwest it had been below freezing for many days, and now is cool and raining, so no riding for now.

Apologies for not exactly being up on the terminology, but is that 'tail bag' designed to go on the back of the seat, or attach to a rack? Methinks most rack-mounted bags won't mount well to the stock Buddy grab bar, and even if they did, might need to be removed to open the seat. You might need that rear rack earlier than planned.
Feel da rhythm! Feel da rhyme! Get on up! It's Buddy Time!
Yeah, the stock grab bar on the back of the Buddy isn't much good for anything but grabbing.PeteH wrote:Apologies for not exactly being up on the terminology, but is that 'tail bag' designed to go on the back of the seat, or attach to a rack? The tailbag can also rest on the passenger rear half of the seat. The straps then go under the seat to attach it in place.
You could rest it on a rear rack too, just positioned farther back.

Congrats! And don't forget to post a pic or two when the new scoot arrives.
You hopefully won't have to wait too long to make your maiden voyage. I set a personal goal of riding every month during the calendar year. Maybe not much of a challenge in some areas, but a different story near Chicago.
Anyway, the winter usually cooperates enough that I can make my goal.
