my friends co worker is selling a scooter for a screaming good deal, she had a bad experience on it and just wants to get rid of it, he sent me this picture, but says she doesn't know the make or model, i cant figure out what it is can you guys help?

It's hard to tell from the picture, but it kinda looks like a SYM Duke 150. Unsure of vintage, but the footbrake stands out. At one time, they were a pretty good clone of the late-model Elite 150.
At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...

Seriously...I've lost count...

Seven mopeds ...that's still manageable...

I've seen more than a few generic China-made scoots with no identifiable branding.

"she doesn't know the make or model". Interesting. If she really is the owner, perhaps she could spend a minute or two and look at her title and registration slip which will have all the necessary info. But, that's so elementary I'm thinking she's not the owner or her "bad experience" is she bought an untitled or stolen bike.

supposedly she has the tittle, were going to check it out today, ill check for warning signs.
its basically impossible to sell a bike without a tittle in Washington state.
