Cool!

I've been on the email list for the Super Transmission kit for quite a while. I hope they get it back in stock this year, I want to pimp my buddy while I still have a service plan with my local shop.

Is the oil filter located differently? Looks very close to the edge there.

Looks cool.

I'd save some money though.

don't add the ceramic 62mm cylinder you gain a whole 6cc (169=>175) and have to bore out the case, which involves spliting the case and removing the crank, lots of hassle especially since they didn't also switch to the 60mm long stroke crank.

don't get the 61mm BV head, take your existing head and pay to get a port and polish, and upgrade the valves and springs.

use a different rear spring, it's too expensive for what it is.

modify the final gearing with a 41T sprocket from a 125 (final gear ratio will equal that of the blur)

I don't know that the super trans kit is needed. depends on what you are looking for. rollers and a stiffer contra spring are cheap.

Forks and brakes are all good.

The exhaust isn't going to do anything except sound better. Unless the stock one is very restricted or they increased the flow into the engine also.

that said, My BlackJack is almost identical to this build, but i have the chrome prima pipe, and a 61mm cylinder and no fuel injection (but i can use a bigger carb). Also i pieced together my trans kit with a Dr pulley variator and sliders, and a 1500rpm spring, but i have the NCY clutch, bell, spring seat and torque sheave.

my cynical 2¢

I'd have to agree with sym. Most of the power is in the head. If you have a 125cc you'll need either a 150cc or a generic big valve head. I used the ncy bvh. I shaved 20 thousandths off mine, did the port n polish, installed stainless flat faced valve, and ncy springs. . Runs guuud! I installed the super trans kit as well. The transmission kit is not really needed. I had 1500rpm clutch springs and a set of sliders in mine, it was just about perfect. The stock clutch is good to around 18hp from what I've read. The stock variator is an "over range" and well made ta boot. The ncy kit is nice but not really needed, however the golden variator has a lower starting range and the ball bearing contra spring idler is fantastic.
161cc big bore kit, NCY big valve head Hand ported, NCY transmission kit, jetted and tuned. I can port your cylinder head.
