Happy one month scooterversary to me! I purchased a 2013 Buddy 170i in silver last month, and have been loving it so much I put 716 miles on it so far. Of course that's mainly because my daily commute is 36 miles (round trip) when taking the back roads.
I caught the scooter bug while on vacation in Taiwan in the spring of 2012. We used scooters to get around locally, and it was love at second ride. ...The first ride was fairly terrifying with all the other scooters and car traffic racing around Kaohsiung (SW Taiwan). One of my fondest memories to date is a very early morning/late night scooter ride near the Kenting coast and stopping to watch the sun rise (see pic below).
Looking back now, I can't believe I waited two years to purchase a scooter!!!!
