A fellow Scooterist posted this link on FB. Threw me for a loop. My only interaction with Phil was when he PM'd me to compliment me on one of my scooter videos where he subsequently sent me Genuine Hoodie. Seem like a cool enough dude to me.

Wow. There's even a comment (apparently) verifying the treatment mentioned in the case.

I guess we'll see how this plays out. Phil was always a great guy whenever I met him and I hope things work out well for him.
