Red/white wire plug in top wire section

So I just got done repainting a buddy 150 scooter and I'm in the process of putting it all back together. I'm working on installing the lower headlight mount piece. I have everything back together and hooked up except I have this little white plug with a single red/white wire attached to it. I can't find any other plug that this should plug into? Does anyone know what this little plug is for? I just want to make sure I get everything hooked back up correctly. Thanks in advance.

That plug powers the cell phone charger, if so equipped. Hope this helps. Good luck.
