New Helmet

Post by ScooterTrash »

Just bought a new helmet, mostly for use in the car (Autocross) but I will also be using it for cold weather scooting. Maybe I will use it on our long scoot rides this year instead of the novelty helmet

Payed 120 for it, gotta love closeout's, Snell and DOT aproved 8)

I dig it. It's got some style without being overtly sportbike-looking.

Nice choice.

Man I miss autocross. I was active in the sport for 5 years. it just got too expensive as I had to move away from home and pay my own bills. :)I am hoping to start a Locust project with my father for autocross use.

What kind of car and class do you run. SCCA or NASA?

I drive a 98 VW GTI VR6 with way to much money into it (more parts on the way) and this year I will be racing in D Street Prepared. I raced in street mod last year but wasn't very competitive running a naturally aspirated car so. Building my car was easy before I got married, now not so much :?
