50 cc center stand

Post by issue31 »

My wife needs a little help. She has a Buddy 50cc, and is having a hell of a time trying to get it on it's center stand. She has a very bad right leg and finds it is almost impossible to get on the center stand. I also find it is harder to get it on it's enter stand, compared to my 170. Is there anything I can do to change the weight on the 50 cc so she can use it better? Thank you issue31

Has she tried facing backward and using her left leg. It is actually a little easier facing backward for some people (and she could avoid using her right leg). She should put all her weight on the center stand and lift/pull the handgrip behind the seat, or the edge of the luggage rack.
