Any local sign store should be able to make you custom vinyl letters. Do you have FastSigns where you live?

Oh please don't make a Mod buddy. Do something new. It's a perfectly good scooter, don't do the "vintage denial" thing. : )

If you don't need transparent letters, you can get vinyl stick-on letters at any Home Depot or hardware store. They're made for mailboxes mostly (or doors) and come in many sizes, and some are even reflective.
-Cost? No more than $.49 apiece...
