Searched this all over the place, forgive me if this was answered completely in another post.
I carry a small amount of stuff with me: Tool kit (expanded a bit from the standard), papers (registration, insurance card, etc), first aid kit, and some bungees in a small sack.
It will fit in the dash cubby, but it takes up a heck of a lot of room and sorta scream "Free stuff!" in there.
I usually have it in my top case (color-matched Geniune model) but it interferes with getting my messenger bag in there, and the case is showing its age, and I keep swapping it on and off (but matches my Pamplona...it MATCHES).
I wear a Bell Bullitt full-face, which just fits in the pet carrier. I have put the bag inside of the helmet - way smaller than my noggin, but as I put it all down in there, the bag slips under the helmet and I bounce the seat off of it.
This all got me thinking - the only thing I ever have in the pet carrier is the helmet - is there some sort of storage (thinking something like a cylinder) that could be mounted in the underseat, something I could put the helmet over without getting in the way of anything?
So far, I got na-da, hence this rambling, slightly-deranged post.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I really appreciate them.
Giving the matter more thought, the idea I had in my tiny pea-brain was something akin to a pencil cup, attached in the center of the pet carrier.
Now, I see that if I did that, it would probably fall over if I were to take a curve, spilling the contents and negating the convenience I was looking for.
What I am thinking now is getting a smaller box, maybe 4x6 inches, maybe three inches tall, with a hinged lid. I'll either velcro the thing to the pet carrier, or maybe use longer screws on the bottom plate in the carrier to secure it.
That way, the contents will be lower, less likely to break loose under force.
I plan to hit up the hardware store tomorrow morning and get the parts.
If it works, I'll post pics.
If it don't, well, you can say you knew me when...
Thanks again everybody!
Mike

Here are the pics. About ten bucks of materials and a nickle's worth of engineering...
Not the most severe modification ever, but this was just what I wanted. Of course, the container was really just the first thing I came across. I have to remove the container to get to the stuff, but these are things I don't use that regularly...
