Tons of Smoke from Buddy 50cc

I was hoping to get some suggestions on what might be causing my 2013 Buddy 50cc to billow tons of white exhaust smoke after only 10 mins of riding. I have two Buddy 50cc's and know the smoking is not normal.

It doesn't smell like anything is burning but I smell like gasoline from head to toe after I drive it. Any suggestions on causes/fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Does the white smoke start immediately or only after you have ridden for 10 minutes? What kind of 2T oil are you using? How many miles on the scoot and how often has it been ridden? When was the last time you checked the spark plug?
