On behalf of the planning committee, I'm pleased to announce SCOOTER BLOCKPARTY NYC 2008!

As always, everyone is welcome to attend this FREE event, which features group rides, live music and a slow race. Food, drink, patches, t-shirts and raffle tickets will be available for purchase throughout the weekend as well.
