Found on Ebay:

Selling for about $1400.
Engine: 150cc, 4-stroke
Horsepower: 12
Top Speed: about 70
Weight: 300 lb.

There's a video, but from what I've seen, it doesn't handle very well since it appears the paired wheels are tied together and are not independent.
