In praise of community, scoot and otherwise

Post by Micah_Prophet »

Being the excited new owner that I am I had to take my scoot to meet my friends at the coffee shop - http://www.catalystcoffee.com/ - These chicks rock, are great fun, and make best espresso in town IMHO - they are also very in tune to community and upon seeing my new ride they immediately set to work hooking me up with other scooting customers - they even know another buddy rider (cream, FtC, you out there?) how cool is that? Have other people had similar experiences?

Hey Micah--thanks for the info on the local scooter-friendly coffee shop.

And Congrats on your new Buddy! Waht color did you get?

Our local scooter club has been pretty slow this year, but maybe with new blood we can revive some interest.

I have seen a cream Buddy parked on several different occasions at the County Clerk's office at 200 Laporte, the owner may work there.

Thanks Scootie - I look forward to hooking up with the rest of gang - talked with the coffee shop owner last night and she is pretty exited about possibly being the 'Southside' scooter coffee shop (Horsetooth and Shields) Good fun!
