I got the cover for my top case back rest from Crystal last week and took some photos today. She really struggled with this, because it fits flat and flush with the front of the top case, so any elastic or bunching would make it stick out. She even ordered a couple extra shoes for her sewing machine to work on this and used flat elastic. The trouble was keeping the elastic flat all the way around the edges. I know she's made one or two other back rest covers, but I don't think any of them required such close fitting. She even included some Velcro strips to adhere to the back of the back rest (with the mating half sewn to the cover) to keep the long lower edge taut. Any bunching an mis-alignment are my fault, as the cover fit perfect before I messed around mountung it.
So a big public THANK YOU, Crystal, for a wonderful job!
