Interesting follow up - after having my mpg dip about 10mpg immediately following the Dr. Pulley modifications, it now has returned to pretty much exactly what it was pre-mod's, perhaps even a tad better. So it would appear there was a bit of a prolonged break in period for the new parts. I'm curious to see if it improves any further.

Interesting - Did you change out your CVT belt at the same time?
If not, maybe it took a bit of time to wear the belt into the new shape of the pulley plates on the new variator.
