I didn't take pictures, sorry. It's pretty basic.
SFSC had both levers in stock but said the right side lever never breaks. Mine is chipped, so I got one, but didn't bother replacing it yet.
Briefly:
- remove 4 screws holding the top plastic cover (which goes around the speedo)
- separate that top cover and lift, and rotate so you have access to the brake lever area
- loosen and remove the lower nut holding the brake lever, then remove the top screw. The only thing holding the lever now is the brake cable.
- I then pulled the cable with the lever, and twisted the lever so the cable end would pop out. Lever is removed.
- pull cable end with pliers, and install on new lever
- reinstall screw
- reinstall nut
- reinstall top cover
15 minute job tops.
