Shield Replacement For Arai Helmets

Post by San Francisco »

So to fill that black hole between your head with knowledge [or to cause
people to think you know what you are talking about]:

From my archives I have this "vintage" video on how to replace the shield
on an Arai helmet.

So for those of you whom have Arai helmets, enjoy.

If nothing else, you will learn how to pronounce the Arai name
Which phonetically is "ah rye" or "AR EYE." Some newbies say "air ee" which is wrong.

I have noticed, though, that no one has mispronounced "Z1R".

Yeah, I dunno what the director was thinking. Hayden does not even
look into the camera at times. Like they were too lazy to move the
camera or the operator didn't care.

Maybe they did it on the fly, in a hurry between Hayden's races.
