Buddy in video about RVA, Richmond

I don't live here and have never visited, but this is pretty funny even if they refer to scooters as mopeds. Reminds me of the Humpty Hump. The tall guy even looks and sounds a bit like Shock G. He also looks and sounds a bit like MC Serch of Third Bass. (I was so down with the "legit" white rappers of the '90s.)

I found them amusing for the first 2:30 minutes, after I got bored. It's a great video and it made me laugh a few times.
