Small Pop Up Scooter Ad in this Site

Yesterday at work I saw a small pop up ad in the lower left corner of this site by some company that sold scooter skirts and handlebar covers for about $40 to $50. They were called Scooter_________. Can someone give me the name of this company. I haven't seen it pop up since yesterday.
