My new toy

Post by db »

Afteer moving here to CO with my 1993 jeep and dunping some $1500 into it before the move, I could not pass emissions and I was done putting money into it. (I love the jeep though) I got a 2010 ford escape limited. Very sexy-to me at least.

Congrats. I used to be a hater, but after buying and driving a Focus a few cars ago and driving my wife's Explorer, I am a Ford fan. Looking forward to the Fiesta.

BTW, if you need to sell the Jeep, export it to Kansas. No inspections of any kind (except a VIN check to make sure it's not stolen).

"What happened to the Bronco?"
"They're trying to move away from that whole OJ police chase thing."
"Oh, so what do they have now?"
"The ESCAPE!!"

I traded the jeep in, it had 230,000 miles on the body and its third engine. The bronco was the shit, never had one but always liked them. I think the explorer would be more on point with that, not the escape.
