Help with Roller Weight

My Son has a Baron 150 that needs new rollers. I weighed them and they ranged from 12g to 13.5g. It's hard to find 13.5 g rollers in the size I need, but I can get 12g, 13g or 14g. Would I be safe to go to the 14g or should I go down to 13g? Would 14 be to big of a jump up?
Thanks
Keith
PS. Have any of you seen a difference between rollers of 1.5g?

Maybe do half at 14g and half at 13g? That gives you 13.5 overall.

He might notice a small change in 1.5 grams, but like lil buddy said, do half and half of 13 and 14 grams. That way he will also have plenty to use the next time he needs to change them.

That's a wide range. Were more of them closer to 13.5 or 12? Assuming wear and such, I'd put my money on 13g weights to give you a close to stock, if not a little (very little) faster. If you're after "stock" performance, 14g would be a safe-ish bet.

Avoid the thought process that makes this similar to the Buddy scooters... the big variable is the Contra spring. You don't know what it's rated at. Don't feel bad, even the folks who know the rating don't have a firm grasp of what those numbers equate to, lol.

I found that 2 were at 12g, 3 at 13g, and 1 at 13.5g. Now these were stock Chinese rollers I'm sure, and working on and riding this scooter is completely different from the great quality of the Buddy. Thanks for your advise.
