I have a buddy 50. By any chance anyone know the stock jetting on the carb? Im guessing a #85-87?
Ohh and what size rollers do you think i should run for the following parts, im going to install them this weekend:
Polini Corsa Cylinder
Polini Reed Block
Malossi Multivar Variator
Malossi 1500rpm Clutch Springs
Also if your a buddy 50 post up your mods looking to compare and ask some feedback.
Next pay day im planning to get the polini race 3 exhaust and a 17 or 19mm carb if the funds are right.

That sounds right, but it's just a guess... I've also seen as low as #78 for a PGO 50cc 2T, again I have no idea if that's right or not.
Try asking in the Rough House forum. Those use the same (basically) 50cc 2T engine. Those aren't my specialty, but the folks who read that part of the forum should know that one. I know not all of them look at this section, so you might be missing your target audience.

I want to say mine was 85.
It seems that cylinder changes (I assume the cylinder puts you at 70cc?) don't drive major changes to jetting (the increased displacement draws more air and thus gives the carb a better vacuum signal, which pulls more gas out and does a decent job of self tuning), So I would start with an 89-90 and work your way down (most likely).
Also consider a new carb. The carb will start to become a serious restriction, and can cause heat issues in itself.
When I installed a Prima 70 cc kit, The stock jetting was still spot on. However, this was at 6400 feet elevation, which meant that the stock jetting was a little rich for a 50. I assume you are at a lower elevation in Guam.
Finally, complaining about nobody helping you does not endear people to want to help you.

I ride a 50 but all of my mods have been cosmetic since its my daily commuter and I need it to be reliable as possible for now. My dealer is constantly reminding me that for every performance mod you do there is a trade off in reliablity. I plan on getting a new larger 250cc ish scooter (like the touring scoot if Genuine ever actually produces it) before I start playing with the 50.

I actually disagree with that a LOT. If you use CHEAP parts, then yes. If you use high quality parts, you can often INCREASE the lifespan of the engine. My 125(now 161) has 25,000 miles on it now. Its running far better than new, and won't fail any time soon. But I used the highest quality mods available. It gets 50-150 miles a day on average, so its not like I baby it either.

Honestly, its a good idea to buy several sizes anyway. You never know exactly what you're bike is gonna want until you try it.

Now there's a statement I'll agree with totally! Get them in bulk, you'll save in either time and gas money or shipping. I usually aim for 1 under and 2 over what I think it's going to be.

So far I got the polini corsa head in with some mild porting done just for it to breath better. Then put in a malossi 24 way adjustable shock for the rear. It's purple sleeves and white coils. very comfortable ride smoother than stock for sure.
Next week i'll probably put on the malossi variator and weights. cancel on the reed block cause it didnt match up. Then next on the list is some new wheels and exhaust.

Um, is the buddy 50 still a 2 stroke in Guam? Or instead of head did you mean cylinder?
A head on a 2 stroke has nothing to port and does not flow any air through it, it is essentially a cap on top of the cylinder. The only thing you can do performance wise with a 2 stroke head is shave it to increase compression.
