Switching from one 2T oil to another.

I'd really like to switch from Ipone oil to Royal Purple synthetic because it's much easier for me to get as needed for less money. Everything I read says pick one oil and stick with it, but how bad would it be to make a one-time change?

And when I do make the switch, am I better off running it down and then switching cold turkey? Or filling the tank half and half?

Anything else I should know?

It's ok to change, just don't mix

Run down your tank to almost empty or use a turkey baster.

Sometimes oils don't react well together so i would never do 50/50
