NSR at all....desperate times call for desperate measures

Post by Rbuddy »

Hi All,

Long time lurker for the most part. Not a scooter related question at all - Are there any MB members that are lawyers OR even know a lawyer very well? I have a potential legal situation that is very complicated (too me at least). I've tried the traditional routes, referal sources and bar association for referrals but due to the nature of the problem those routes have yeilded nothing. I'm not looking to get hard fast legal advice, just whether or not my wife and I have a leg to stand on. The situation involves what I consider legal malpractice. If you think you can give any advice you can PM me. I'm desperate to resolve this situation that should not have had happen in the first place.

Thanks a bunch!!

You might want to try asking at a legal forum rather than a scooter forum...

That's the logical thing to do, but as I have found the logical things don't always work out. I am trying the unconventional path. As I said, I wish it were a cut and dry situation but it isn't. So why not ask the folks here? Someone might have had a similiar situation happen. If not, nothing lost :D
