I have a Buddy 50. All I did to it was put a polini corsa cylinder. It was running fine and all. Today I decided to drill a couple of holes on the air box and it started to stall during the test run. Do i need to re-jet? Anyone have some info.

Sounds like you need to upjet. Drilling holes increase air flow, which means you need a bigger jet to allow more fuel into the cylinder.

It doesn't take very big holes to screw up your air/fuel ratio. You are likely running too lean now.

Kaos should I re-jet then? I even used a small bit to put holes into the air box. I taped it up with double stick tape and it runs fine again. haha ghetto fix. I think I need to re-jet. Thanks for the replies guys.

Yep, that points to needing to rejet. Nothing wrong with taping it back up for the time being.
