Just wondering if anyone could tell me where the oil filter is located. My dealer suggested that i have him do the oil changes but i am a grease monkey with my car and stuff and would really like to do my own oil changes. So if anyone could help me on this topic that would be great.

I see you have a Blackjack. On the Blackjack and the other 150's, the oil filter is not in the same location as the 125's.
If you are standing on the left side of the scooter facing it, the oil filter will be threaded on a nipple in front of the motor, attached to the oil cooler.
Here is a picture that Dean F kindly provided in a question I had about fitting a torque wrench on the filter as the space between it and a part of the frame is tight.

EDIT: OK. I snapped a quick pic with my phone. It's not great, but here it is:
