I was at MV and noticed a member just purchased a TruGel battery.I began researching the trugel batteries and they seem better in every category than the everyday wet batteries that most use. However the info is from the sellers site so maybe bias.Anyone here have experience with a TruGel battery? Are they worth the higher price.Thanks.

I've used them in my Harleys. There isn't enough different about them to speak of other than they can be shipped w/o being classified as hazardous material and if you lay your bike down, no liquid leaks causing damage.

Mine lasted a little longer than non-gels I'd used before but I also received one that failed within a week. Sent it back for free replacement. That was a little bit of a hassle because I had to pay return shipping (different company than your link).
