Tuning Tachometer Recommendations

I need some assistance from those home tuners out there:

What suggestions do you have for a inexpensive tach I can use to tune my Buddy? I don't foresee needing to us this often, but I don't want a piece of garbage. I'm assuming I need one that will count 1 spark per every 2 revs (please set me straight if I am incorrect on this!)

I have been looking at this model. Please let me know.
