On North Mingo Road coming to East 76th Street North, I saw a two-wheeler turning left to come south on Mingo Road. It got close enough for me to identify it as a Pink Buddy with a cute girl wearing a yellow t-shirt with a "natural" messenger bag slung on her back. How did I know she was cute? She wasn't wearing a helmet, jacket, or gloves.
Who was that girl?
