Where else do I find the VIN Numbers on my Buddy?

Hi all -

New to the forum, and a proud new owner of an orange Buddy 125 as of last Thursday! I took delivery the other day, but haven't been able to (legally) ride it yet until I have it insured and registered, so it is waiting for me (patiently) in the garage.

I spoke to my insurance agent today about adding the new guy to my current policy, and she asked for pictures of the VIN plates on the Buddy. The only places I see the VIN is a sticker on the front and in the seat compartment. Are there any obvious places that I missed to find it? Shouldn't it be etched on the frame or on the engine or some parts or something? Should it be a metal plate or something instead of just stickers? Where would I find the VIN on the engine? Which parts?

Thank you so much!

Anyone?

All I have found so far is a sticker near the kickstart. Is this the engine number? It's not the same as the VIN.

If you look below the "legsheild compartment" (I guess that's what it's called.) You will see a little rectangular cutout in the plastic in the dead center just above the floor. Pop that panel out and it will expose the area of the frame where the VIN is.

It's hard to see from this crappy/night time/over compressed picture but, It's right below the "Metro Scooter" sticker.
