Just wanted to stop in and say hello

I haven't been here in a while, but I do lurk still off and on. Can't help it: ya'll are good people. 
A couple days ago I got a used '06 kawa Vulcan 900 cruiser. The funny/odd/best part is: turns out this bike is part of my scooter's history! The previous owner traded it in at my dealership for a ducati multistrada, and I find out this was the cruiser I had been parking next to at college...the one I had vowed not to stop riding into winter until that guy did! (Hoorah for year-round riders!)
It's a big bike, but I still managed to keep it under a liter. (I swore I'd never own a liter-plus bike.) It's great, but I know where my roots are.
I also know where I'll end back up.
Anyway, just wanted to stick my head in and say hi. If you're in or around Asheville and some guy in a green jacket on a red cruiser starts waving like an idiot at you on your Buddy/Stella/Blur/Rattler/etc...yeah, that'd be me.
