Does the 2009 Buddy 125 have a catylitic converter?

I know this is probably a stupid question but by the noises my scoot spits out, has led me to believe that perhaps this mean machine is packing a catylitic converter i n the exhaust. ANybody know if this is true? I appreciate and input you have to contribute. Thanks guys and gals.
