If you have the 12v accessory outlet, get the cigarette adapter that plugs into it. Easy as pie (what does that mean anyway?).

Battery Tender Jr. has an adaptor that will allow you to plug it into the charger port (forever known as the "cigarette lighter" to those of us old enough to remember when you could still smoke everywhere, including hospitals and airplanes). Or you can use the rings to make a permanent pigtail that allows you to quickly attach charger cable.

Just take off the floor mat and hook the "alligator clips" right to the battery leads. With a battery tender, no need to unhook anything
Or you can put the ring terminals on the battery and snake the end out where you can just plug in when you like.
