That's crazy loud! I put something similar to that on my pickup and although I don't use it very often , It damm sure gets attention when I do.

Hehehehe - fun. Stebel on Steroids.

I have an old Model T (aaoooogah) horn on my VW Thing - maybe I should retrofit it to the Buddy......

Years ago I had a friend that put a truck air horn under the hood of his car. He got a ticket.

I think I'd shoulder the burden of a ticket if it meant getting to use that just once!

Not a fan, Lots of pickups around here have those and they like to randomly toot them around town. Just seeing a scooter or cyclist sends them into a frenzy of horn blowing it seems. A bit of an attention whore thing I believe "look at me and my f350 grocery wagon" toot toot.

Yeah, it's funny and all but I'm also not a fan of those horns on any vehicle. A horn needs to be jarring enough to get someone's attention but, for the most part, train horns like that on cars (well like Chilly said, mostly on F350s...) are there just to scare and startle which is a really dangerous thing. A few times I've been riding right next to a truck when he decided to blast one of those and it really caused me to freak out a bit for a second.

At least on a moped like in the video you see the horns and get a little visual warning of what might be coming.
