Update on carb stumble/wrong oil !!

ok. here's the latest.. I removed the 30 wt..from tank... removed oil pump and disassembled and cleaned all oil out... rinse all oil from lines...reinstalled above and service with Bel-Ray 2T.. scooter runs MUCH better with NO plug fowling----> however now here is what happens... I go down the street with full throttle; but only get about half speed; then after about a short block full throttle comes on and scooter goes like a bat out of hell !! I'm assuming the high carb circuit isn't kicking in right away? Either the auto choke is staying on to long; or the float is sticking ? Again the carb/jets are CLEAN !!
One thing I did notice which may be a clue... before during this whole debacle, when starting the auto choke seem to work... when starting the rpms would increase; then after few seconds or so, scooter would go to normal idle...now it dosen't do that; scooter starts right up and idles normal; but it has been warmer here and may be reason choke isn't working??? I really don't thinking this choke works on heat source for operation??? I hope all; or some part of this on going saga will help somebody some day. I will keep plugging alone and keep you udated...
