Heh. I'm the one that shot the video of the traffic stop. :) And yes, me and a bunch of my friends are in the music video. I'm on a li'l Vino 50 in that one. East Side Scooters is the shop where I used to work. Chuck was a regular customer.

Awesome, I was wondering if there was any MB members in that video, Good video with a bunch of scooters having fun.
I'm not sure I would have talked back to the cops quite so much, telling them they are wrong and such...

Well, it's Nashville. So there's an element of "Company Town" vibe going on here. The rookie cop's supervisor obviously wants to just let him go with a warning, and is probably just about as embarrassed as most of the Metro cops seem to be about pulling over scooters that aren't doing something egregiously stupid.
That said, the Nashville cops' reluctance to pull over scooters seems to be waning.
I got pulled over Friday night.

It would have been two days, but the original guy riding the trike decided he didn't like how he was being portrayed (and I got the impression this was one of Chuck's ex-BR549 bandmates, but I do not know for sure... I was there for that, but I know nothing about BR549). So, a third day was added to re-shoot that section, only, and to add the "Save Cowboy Keith" sign to the guy's back. Cowboy Keith is a local guy who nearly got killed on a 50cc scooter around the time of the video shooting, and a couple of months later, we did a big benefit with a poker run to help defray his medical expenses. He attended, in a wheelchair and with very limited mobility. I hope he's okay, now, but I haven't heard.
Also for the curious, almost all of the footage that ended up in the video was shot in Shelby Park in East Nashville, and within a few blocks of there. There were a few solo shots of Chuck riding in downtown and across the Korean Veterans Bridge, but most of the other scenes were at East Side Scooters and Shelby Park.

I saw a Buddy behind him at around 1:35 in the clip.

There are Buddys all throughout the clip. The two women that figure prominently in the video, Jenn and Katie, each had a Buddy -- a Pamplona and an Italia.
