Exhaust Help

Ok, Ive got a 2007 Rattler. And where the header bolts up to the motor there are those 2 pins that the nuts screw onto to secure the exhaust. One of those pins seems to have broken in half up inside of there. How in the world do I need to go about getting it out/replacing it? Thanks
